German speaking heroFyndiq is an online marketplace that offers 300,000 products to bargain shopping consumers, and a marketing channel for e-merchants who want to increase their sales. Thanks to our fabulous bargains we now almost have 800 000 customers!

We love our customers.

We love and cherish our bargain shoppers. We want our customer to receive their bargain and be happy but sometimes something goes wrong. Not to worry, we will quickly take care of them and solves it with our service superpowers. That is what we do at the Customer Relations team, we are our customers savers and take care of them, whatever they might need from us. And now our team need to grow with some more German speaking service heroes.

We are kick-ass in what we do!

We integrate with our customers and merchants, meaning our customer only need to contact us and we will then manage all the communications with merchants, postal office, wherever the inquiry leads us to.

You know when you have a question after shopping online and you think “hey, I better contact customer service” thinking everything will be alright now. Then you receive a message with a response like “thank you for shopping, please contact relevant merchant”. Now that’s not very helpful, is it? This is something you will never experience at Fyndiq.

Our customers only need to speak to us at Fyndiq and we will then get back to them after solving the inquiry. We take care of our customers and we take pride in handling inquiries in a professional and personalised way.

To summarise it all, we don’t only provide a service from the time a customer clicks on a product and makes a purchase, we also take care of our customers until they are ok and don’t need us anymore.
