hela Sverige This is an opportunity for a sales driven candidate to make a real impact and to further develop Qmatics indirect sales business in Europe with focus on the DACH countries (German speaking markets). Your responsibility will cover all from set up of business plan and strategy for the market, to evaluation of partners and business follow up, to ensure regional targets are met.
The role encompasses building a network of partners covering the region and ensuring adequate support in terms of competence development and sales development. The role will be performed in close cooperation with the commercial operations team at HQ to assure consistent processes and continuous improvement for the region. The position is based in Mölndal, but will include regular travelling to Europe and particularly Germany.
Your background
We are looking for a driven, well organized and enterprising person, with 10 years of sales experience and experience of complex solution selling and IT integration projects in a B2B environment. The right candidate is aware of how to build long term relation-ships and influence partners and recognize the value of a customer focused approach. You must have the ability to perform both strategic and operational tasks and enjoy working with people from different cultures.
As communication skills are essential in this role, we expect you to be fluent in German, English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
