For one of our clients we are looking for a German speaking assistant in Accounts Receivable. Our client is a successful company that develops and produces advanced high-tech materials. The group has operations in 130 countries and has a world-leading position within technologies.
In your role you will reconcile and balance bank accounts in Germany, prepare and lead the meetings before reporting to Market Manager. You will also help out with similar tasks on other European markets. Your main duties will include claims handling, financial report management, reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
You have at least high school diploma in economics and management or similar skills acquired in other ways. We also require that you have at least 3 years’ experience in similar work, particularly in the management of accounts receivable. If you have previously worked in Germany, it is an advantage because you have an understanding of how business is conducted in Germany.
Your native language is German and you also speak English fluently. If you can speak Swedish, it is an advantage but not a requirement. You have good knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
As a person you are motivated to work independently, but also a perceptive team player. The role also requires that you are responsible, detail-oriented and organized. You have a positive attitude and can be inspired by a high tempo as we set high standards for you to be flexible and have good communication skills. We value if you are quality orientated and have a drive.
