About the position
As account manager you will work with leads from German customers contacting us via our shop or by email, chat and phone. You will help them by answering their questions, analyze their needs and give them more information about our products. When the sale is closed you will make sure that their orders are executed in a professional way. You will work close together with our suppliers all over Europe. Your mission is to build good and long term customer relations and thereby increase sales.
Requirements
We are looking for an energetic person that are both service and sales oriented. You need to have a good drive and be able to work independently. You should have an excellent command of the German language, both verbally and in writing. The position also requires basic English skills. Knowledge of Swedish is not required. Previous knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop is a merit.
