hela Sverige MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
MultiMind is now looking for a German speaking person for 2nd line support to one of our customer’s Merchant Support department. Our customer is working with secure and simple payment solutions within e-commerce. The company is fast growing and for the right person there are good opportunities for development within the company.
You will be working with support regarding the system integration regarding our customer’s e-pay solutions over phone, email and fax. The job includes finding solutions regarding web based applications in PHP, HTML and CSS.
We are looking for a person how is fluent in German and English and have an interest in IT and programming. If you have an education within programming or experience from similar positions that is meritorious.
If you have experience in customer service, it’s a merit. You are service minded, driven and positive. You are flexible, can prioritize and work under pressure. If you enjoy working in a fast-moving company and are result orientated this is the right position for you. You can work independently as well as in a team and always strive to find the best solution.
