The reason is that I’m not here to just “fill a requisitionâ€, I’m also a salesperson, marketer and brand ambassador. I get to find kick-ass fyndians and bring them where they belong. I meet fabulous people with different backgrounds and one meeting is never the same as another.
We are now looking for a fellow recruiter in Berlin!
You will be based in our satellite office in Berlin and the rest of us will be in Stockholm, but don’t worry we are only a skype call away. As our recruiter in Berlin you will be responsible for all our German speaking openings. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process and work closely with the hiring managers. You will also manage the office and keep the office well functioning. That could be anything from ordering office suppliers to making findilicous coffee.
Are you our recruiter with that little extra?
Yes, because you are passionate about finding that special talent. You are an experienced recruiter and working independently. Having responsibility triggers you and helping out is second nature to you. And of course, you are fluent in German.
