Tobii Technology is the world leader in eye tracking a technology that allows a computer to tell exactly where a person is looking. Eye tracking is used in a broad range of applications, including Market research and eye controlled computer interfaces.

Earlier in 2007 Tobii raised 100 MSEK in funding from Investor Growth Capital. Headquartered in Stockholm Tobii covers a global market through branches in USA, Germany, UK, Denmark and Norway and through resellers world wide.
The support team is a central part of Tobii Technology. We work with technical support, training and product documentation to all of Tobiis customers. We are also an important source of information for our development teams. Right now we are looking for a new colleague to join the support team, working mainly with support to our users in the Assistive technology area. You will be giving support to users all over the world and have the main responsibility of giving support to the German or Norwegian market depending on your language skills. You will be working from the main office in Stockholm, giving support in English and in Norwegian OR German.
We are looking for someone who is service minded and with an interest or experience from the assistive technology area. It is also good if you have some technical interest or experience. You enjoy having daily contact with our customers, mainly over the phone. In detail you will be working with:
Daily support over the phone and by email to those who use our assistive technology products.
Evaluation and handling of questions from our customers.
Pro-active contact with already existing users to ease their use of Tobii products.
We are looking for someone who really enjoys giving service to join our team. Previous experience from support and customer service is no requirement but qualifying. You are fluent in German or Norwegian and have good knowledge in English.
