hela Sverige We are looking for a german speaking customer service agent who will be the first line of support for Open Infra. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, answering questions and resolving problems by phone or email.
You will work closely with our team of sales, projects and technical staff to ensure customers have an excellent experience.
To succeed in this role, you need to understand the German mentality and be a communicative person who enjoys a lot of contact with people. You should be self-motivated, have good problem-solving skills and be able to work under tight deadlines. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person who wants to help our customers get the most out of our products and services.
Demand:
• Experience of customer service or similar work
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends when needed
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
