Worktasks
The Customer Service department’s primary goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarnas customers. In this role, your mission is to give their customers great service by answering their questions over the phone or through e-mail.
The cases and questions that you are dealing with can be of varied nature which requires you to be secure that you’re making the right decisions and giving the right answers, and otherwise know when to ask your colleagues for guidance.
Your profile
We believe that you are an ambitious, efficient person with a service minded attitude. You are able to work independently and accurate, and enjoy solving tricky customer requests. You like working towards common goals and your positive attitude makes you a great team player. You speak fluent German and English and have great communications skills, both oral and in writing. Additional language skills are a plus.
