This recruitment is a direct recruitment that uses Bravura as recruitment partner, you will be employed directly by Glooko.

Glooko is a MedTech company transforming digital health by connecting people with diabetes and their health care professionals, enabling telehealth, clinical research, and improved collaboration. Glooko has become an innovative international company with offices in Silicon Valley, Chicago, France, Germany and Sweden. Glooko strives to improve health outcomes for people with diabetes and reduce costs associated with diabetes management. The Support Specialist team in Sweden manages support in nine different languages for the European market and are located in Gothenburg.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As Customer Support Specialist you are part of the team supporting the European market, supporting and advising the product users such as diabetes clinics and patients. You will manage the English and German-speaking support cases by phone and email. As part of your work you could be asked to translate documents, deliver system trainings and might also participate in exhibitions. You work closely with your colleagues but also get the opportunity to take ownership of your work and development.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Experience as a customer support agent
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, verbal and written
• Additional language skills in Swedish, Italian and/or French is regarded as very meritorious
• Good computer skills and software understanding, experience from SaaS is meritorious

You have an awareness of the customer experience and makes sure to ensure customer satisfaction.
