We are now looking for a geologist to our near mine exploration team in Kiruna. The Exploration department is in an expansive phase with responsibilities in exploration in our underground mines and open pits and their close surroundings in Kiruna, Malmberget and Svappavaara, as well as green field exploration and resource estimation.

You will be based in the town of Kiruna, close to the mining operation, situated in Swedish Lapland above the Arctic Circle. The area offers great opportunities for fantastic outdoor activities, such as hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, ice climbing, etc. See

Skills & Competencies
We are looking for a Geologist with at least B.Sc and more than 7 years of relevant experience within exploration, mining or project development. Knowledge of common software such as Leapfrog is beneficial.
As a person you should be responsible and driven, but also percipient and flexible. The position includes a lot of collaboration with others both within and outside the company, so good collaboration skills are essential.
A Driving license is a requirement for the position. You speak and write English fluently. It 's a plus if you speak and write Swedish, but if not, we want you to be eager to learn.
