BASF are looking for a proactive General Sales Manager SwedenPCI, with an entrepreneurial drive and strategic/analytical thinking, who will be responsible for Sales & Marketing for PCI Sweden. AsGeneral SalesManager PCI you will focus on indentifying new business opportunities as well as leading/ managing the Swedish commercial and technical operation team, fostering team spirit. You will be a member of the commercial organization in the region, ensuring implementation of Company strategy and supporting internal and external business partners to realize efficient and effective business solutions. You will cooperate closely with PCI Germany, central Marketing Management and Product Management, and elaborate growth strategies with central units at PCI. Furthermore you will act as Key Account Manager for big accounts yourself and represent PCI in external seminars. In this position you will report to Head of Market Management Nordic på BASF, Construction Chemicals. We are looking for someone who has a Bachelor degree, preferably within chemical or construction engineering (or a related field) and around 5 years of professional experience in construction/tiling industry in the Swedish market. Based on this experience you have knowledge of the market area and sales culture. You have marketing know-how and experience from contract negotiations and pricing mechanism. As a person you are business oriented and have excellent interpersonal/leading- and negotiation skills. Since this is an international position in an international organization, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.You will be based in our Swedish company HQ in Gothenburg.
