hela Sverige We are looking for general practitioners/specialists in family medicine for our primary care centers.
As a family physician/general practitioner, you and your team take responsibility for the primary health care of the local population and are the first line for patients of all ages. Depending on your profile and the local circumstances, your role can include the complete spectrum of primary care including medical care for nursing homes and pediatric screening and follow up. Depending on your training and local needs, special consultation tracks such as COPD, diabetes etc might be available as part of the general work. You supervise junior colleagues, students and nurses.
The position as a general practitioner may include a limited number of on-calls and occasional weekend shifts. Whilst we are offering full time positions, part time work might be negotiable.
Requirements
Registered medical doctor (MD)/physician in good standing within the EU/EEA
Specialist in family medicine/general practitioner
Basic computer skills in Microsoft office
English and Swedish language skills
Personal characteristics
You have a positive attitude, a good cooperative ability and can handle different situations in a constructive way. You enjoy working in teams with different professions.
Terms of employment
Before moving to Sweden you need to reach a certain level in the Swedish language and have your medical training recognized by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare

If the trial period will be proved satisfactory and you demonstrate required skills recognized by the County Council of Östergötland, it will automatically turn into a permanent employment.
All contracts follow local and national collective agreements.
Salary
From 7000 EUR, salary are set individually depending on your qualification and experience.
