hela Sverige The General Manager for Operations Hallsberg is responsible for developing and managing a flexible, high quality and cost efficient OtD (Order to Delivery) operation. You will have the responsibility for securing the delivery of cabins and tanks, both in the short- and in the long-term, to meet the targets set in the OtD process. The General Manager is the process owner of the OtD process within Operations Hallsberg.
Responsibilities:
To develop and manage strategies for the OtD operation in Hallsberg
To optimize operations for all activities and all products manufactured in Hallsberg
To provide and improve capacity and flexibility in the OtD process in Hallsberg
To, in coordination with OtD process management team Hallsberg, establish and follow up on goals for OtD Hallsberg in accordance with the overall strategy
To set goals for OtD Hallsberg in Operation Europe management team
To follow up and decide on corrective actions within Hallsberg operations
To contribute to the overall work of Operations Europe management team
To report KPIs and corrective measures to the President Operations Europe
Required competencies:
M.Sc in engineering (Civ.ing) or equivalent
At least 5 years experience from management position within the global maufacturing industry
Several years of experience from senior management within manufacturing industry
Knowledge of and experience from organizational development
Should be a skilled leader, a proficient communicator, networker and team player, and be able to create enthusiasm in the personnel as well as able to work and manage in matrix organization
