Ultimately, it will be the staff who will be important ambassadors for the AirHop brand, and we will work hard to ensure we have people on the team who can provide the best possible experience to everyone who comes to visit our trampoline park.
Our General Managers are responsible for recruiting, coaching and developing their team. As a leader it is up to you to engage your management team and help them be their best.
Our General Managers have the ability to see every situation from the customer?s point of view and will have a natural flair for going above and beyond the expectations of our customers.
You will have a natural aptitude for business and will be passionate about Brand standards and implementing our ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
• To offer leadership to the team
• To manage KPI?s and EBITDA and drive the financial performance of the business
• To control the budget and ensure long and short term objectives are met
• To promote the organisations customer service standards
• To instigate and contribute to marketing campaigns
• To recruit, train and develop staff
• To prepare reports and presentations for the Directors
• To attend management meetings
• To be able to operate the till and computer record systems
• To oversee Activities team in the programming at the site
• Oversee the Operations team in implementing systems of work
• To be responsible for all purchasing on site
• To ensure the building and trampolines are correctly maintained by staff
• To fill in on occasions where necessary
This is a full time position that will require flexibility to meet the needs of the business. Shift times vary to suit club opening times and include early, late and weekend shifts, as well as bank holidays.

ErsättningFast och rörlig lön
A fixed salary with a bonus of up to 10% on top based on performance.
