We are now looking for a General Manager, Sweden

Jobbdescription:
Translates Abbvie Regional and Global strategies into Affiliate/geography strategies and operation plans. Obtain profit contribution by managing staff, establishing and accomplishing business objective as the Legal Representative of the Company. Set vision aligning employees and decision processes in order to maximize potential in the LRP period and beyond. Leads and represents Abbvie and affiliate accordingly to "AbbVie Way" behavior standards, upholds AbbVie's reputation and builds the brand image.

Core job responsibilities:
Delivers sustainable, profitable results through plan execution that support short and long-term growth. Understand the business context, customers, local market and competition. Have a deep knowledge of financial aspect of the business lead. Anticipate, adapt and respond to market dynamics and change, create the right approach to address both expanding and declining markets. Set vision aligning employees and decision processes in order to maximize potential in the LRP period and beyond. Create a sustainable culture of innovation, calculated risk-taking and high accountability. Ensure execution of the plan, lead his team to ensure: setting of KPIs, priorities and measurement/performance systems, managing resources and adjustments. Translate and adapt the division strategy into a business model for the local market. Articulate the plan in a way that motivates and inspires the affiliate to own and execute it, while continuously role-modeling and reinforcing AbbVie's culture. Leverage the plan to create meaningful, actionable individual and team go. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives Abbvie. Create a sustainable culture of innovation, calculated risk-taking and high accountability.

Education and qualifications:
University degree (preferably MBA). Vision and strategic thinking. Ability to build a network within and beyond Abbvie. Experience in international assignment. Strong financial experience background. Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and P&L responsibilities. Fluent English knowledge
