As General Assistant you will support colleagues and managers at our site in Perstorp with various administrative tasks and general office duties.
What you will do
• handle purchase orders, invoices and goods receipts in SAP
• responsible for mail room and contact person for sent and arriving parcels
• contact person regarding furniture and office equipment
• coordinate repairs and renovation at our different buildings
• responsible for the agreement archive, both digital and physical
• assist with various bookings (e.g. taxis, restaurants, hotels)
• support with internal communication
• support organizing corporate and external conferences, and other site events
• order office supplies, give-aways and corporate gifts
