Job Overview
An exciting job opportunity has arisen at the LyondellBasell production site in Åstorp. We are hiring for a service minded General Administrator, to support and run the general administration and reception function for our plant.
As a member of our team, you will perform daily administrative tasks by managing the overall office administrative support and providing an excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Essential Functions
The key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
Managing our reception and welcoming our visitors and issuing badges. Telecommunication system, distributing deliveries, incoming mail, posting and outgoing mail daily. Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Handling supplier invoices.
Creating purchase orders.
Handling internal HR administration, such as authority reporting, collective agreement administration and sickness absence administration.
Providing payroll administration such as tax documents, driving records, company car administration and occupational pension documents.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedure. Handling documentation for the annual report.
Assisting with booking of transports, accommodations and general practicalities for our external visitors and staff.
Purchasing office supplies and administer purchase agreements.
Providing IT office support (hardware and software).
Contact person for MasterData for setting up new suppliers.
Management support and assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
Familiarity with office management procedures, IT systems and basic accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (SAP etc)
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
Able to deliver work to set targets and be self-motivated, effectively structuring daily activities ensuring effective outcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent Swedish and English language skills, spoken and written.
Able to work within strict deadlines and to work with all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail in relation to office administration duties essential for the job.
Driving license B.
