We are looking for a GCP Nordic Manager. Travel within Nordic will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage the Global Consulting Practice operations for Nordic
• Create the annual budgeting plan for GCP Nordics
• Drive the creation of annual business plan with targets together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers
• Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals
• Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordic
• Partner with the customers of TCS Nordics and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Responsible along with the other sales team for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
• Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
• Perform solution and pricing validation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Organization team building skills
• Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor GCP?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market
• Worked in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
• Experience of working in multicultural environment as well as in a Multi-industry
• Relationship Management skills
At least 9 years experience in the following:
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CXO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
