We are currently seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team at our Italian restaurant, il Olivo, for the upcoming summer season. As an Italian speaking candidate, we are looking for you to help us showcase the very best of Italian cuisine to our guests.
We are seeking individuals for the following positions:
Restaurant Manager: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who speaks Swedish, English, and preferably also Italian. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Head Chef: We are also looking for an experienced head chef with a passion for Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating menus that feature authentic Italian flavours, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Sous Chefs: We are seeking skilled and motivated sous chefs to join our kitchen team. As a sous chef, you will assist the head chef in all aspects of food preparation and presentation, and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
Waiters/Waitresses: We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic waiters/waitresses who can speak both English and Italian. If you also speak Swedish, it is of course a plus. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and recommending dishes that showcase the best of Italian cuisine.
