Job Description
As Garment Technician your main responsibility is to secure good and consistent fit in all sizes for Lindex customers. Together with the Design team you are responsible for the best technical solutions for each fit development. You develop and produce graded patterns, size specifications and technical instructions to secure both fit and comfort. You continuously improve the Lindex fit by follow-ups and work with constant improvements.
A re you the one we are looking for?
Higher education in garment construction
Minimum two years work experience within garment construction
Knowledge and interest in commercial fashion
Knowledge of production processes
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Computer skills: Lectra, Gerber or similar, CAD, Illustrator
Meritorious: education/experience within 3D pattern making
To succeed in this role, you have a strong passion for fashion and retail, you are driven and like to see the effect on actions taken. You have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and managing your time to meet set deadlines. You are comfortable in a coordinating position and it is important that you are a team player and that you are open minded.
