Adecco IT & Engineering is now looking for experienced gamers who want's to combine their interest with a job and get work experience abroad. Your main objective is to give excellent support regarding an online gaming network and its services.
A typical day at the office?
You will provide technical support to gaming customer's via telephone and mail. You answer inquires, solve problems and perform limited troubleshooting using provided scripting and published materials. To be coached is a natural part of your role and you will develop your non-gaming skills together with your team leader.
Who are you?
You understand the value and necessity in protecting customer's privacy and information as well as the need to constantly develop your knowledge in offered services. Fluent English AND Swedish is a requirement for this position. You have spent at least one year in a call center/ technical support-environment. Your knowledge in Microsoft Windows is good as well as your overall IT-skills. You are a committed gamer with experience from PC- or console gaming.
As a person you are unafraid, you welcome new experiences and fast changes. Finally you are customer focused and communicative.
Facts about the position
The position as Gaming customer support professional is located in our clients office in Dublin, close to the airport. You will start as soon as possible and it is a full time job. You will be employed by our client.
