Of course, not having a script to follow is both the intrigue and the challenge. If you enjoy looking at problems holistically, considering the big picture and zooming in to focus on details this might be for you! If you also want to work closely with designers to tease apart problems and come up with solutions in the face of uncertainty, enjoys thinking about creativity, and understanding how to enable that for others, go ahead and apply!

We are a hybrid-remote team, and value developers who take initiative, and communicate and collaborate across the project.
Example of responsibilities
• Creative collaboration: prototype, share with others, implement, iterate!
• Design and implement gameplay systems
• Explore and understand creative tools, and learn from them
• Connect design ideas and engine realities into achievable in-game systems
• Communicate across the team and engage in feedback
We would love if you have
• Participated in game jams or other small focused creative development
• Worked with tool-sets for creating interactive experiences (Unreal, Unity, etc)
• Played with Roblox, Dreams, Mario Maker, and UGC based games.
• Experience in Rust, C++ or other modern programming languages
• Game system experience, e.g. physics, game mechanics, game AI, ECS', etc
• Professional English communication skills
