hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Hero Gaming Sweden AB i Malmö We are looking for a Game Producer to join our team in Malmo, Sweden. You will be part of a senior team of top Hero Gaming talent, working on the core of what we do; combining casino excitement with gamefication and storytelling.
This is what you will be doing:
• Working closely with the team to create and execute strong experiences, focusing on excellent user experience, strong engagement, and monetization for
www.casinoheroes.com www.casitabi.com and the mobile app solutions.
• Quickly concepting and prototyping new concepts and features from high-level ideas to detailed game mechanics.
• You will be responsible for analysing data in our game adventure and make improvements and new features that creates loyalty and for us to meet our targets.
• Providing the development team with overall designs and visions, followed by detailed design documentation and communication of the features for agile implementation.
• You'll need to love playing all kinds of games, which must translate into an ability to benchmark your competition in order to identify best practices and design mechanisms, then use these findings to iterate constructively on your own game designs.
• Supporting and guiding developers and designers within the teams.
Likely you have:
• A few years commercial experience in working with game design/gamefication in games or online business.
• Metrics and data-driven decision-making experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - you know how to pitch and love telling people about it!
