About the position
As Game Lead at Net Entertainment's Game Studio in Gothenburg, you create game project specification, estimate resources needed to achieve project goals and plan project time lines. You coach and supervise game team members, making sure individuals and the team work in accordance with decided processes, methods and tools and that all take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
You will proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans. Throughout projects you keep track on and handle dependencies between the game team and resources from other parts of the NetEnt organization and effectively communicate relevant projects information to project members, Steering Committee, and other stakeholders. After successfully completing the execution phase you are responsible for handing over the project to the next production phase.

What's your background?
We believe the ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management in a similar position, preferably in the gaming industry. You have knowledge of Scrum, agile development, and other common software development processes and tools. University studies in Computer Science or similar is an advantage but more important is your great interest and understanding of Computer Science concepts since your primary contacts are our excellent testers and developers.
Fluency in English, both written and oral, is a prerequisite whereas fluency in Swedish is preferred but not a must.
