About the job:
This service is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by The Gang AB.
About the company:
The Gang is a game development studio founded at the end of 2019 by a team that has experience from large AAA studios and is serial entrepreneur.
The company's goal is to produce high-quality games on the Roblox platform that will entertain millions of children worldwide.
Since the start, the team has expanded from 5 to 60 people, most of the company is mainly located in Dalarna and Stockholm, but the work is done remotely full-time and you work from your home. The team's second home is their Discord which is often used because they work remotely.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You work in a team around different projects consisting of an average of 5 people who are graphic artists, game designers, project managers and programmers. You sit a lot in your Discord where you collaborate during the project. The length of the different projects varies and so even if it is internal projects or customer-based assignments.
The projects are on the roll and you therefore work with different teams in different projects.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Good knowledge of programming and practical experience from education, leisure or working life
• Fluent English in speech and writing
• Merit with experience with LUA and Roblox
• Merit with experience in game development and/or software development
In the role, you work closely with your team, which is why it is important that you appreciate working together with others. You have an open attitude towards other people and see value in collaborating. In addition, you always look after the best interests of the group and are ambitious to create a good working climate. Furthermore, you take a great ownership of your responsibilities, the performance of these and ensure that every task is completed on time. You are good at planning and driving your work forward and ask for help when it is required. As a person, you are curious and motivated by getting started and driving projects forward. You contribute with ideas and new perspectives and have an interest in learning new things.
