That's what you'll do here at Toca Boca. In Toca Life: World, kids have a live platform for true open-ended play. It's an ever-expanding app where they can tell any story they like. You will be the one taking it one step further and providing the building blocks they need for anything they could imagine.
You will be part of a cross-functional team of awesome creatives, all sharing the same mission - to make Toca Life: World the #1 choice for kids who like to play, create and self-express.
What you'll be doing
You'll develop new features for Toca Life: World.
You'll ideate, prototype, validate the fun and ultimately deliver the tools that allow kids to generate their content.
If you want a taste of the kind of things we're doing, just download Toca Life: World from the App Store or Google Play and create some characters. The Character Creator is one example of the kind of features you will be developing with the team. Kids love it!
The possibilities are endless! But creating new features is not easy. We put a lot of effort and love into what we do, and we believe you will do the same.
Is this you?
You have experience crafting playful interactive experiences using Unity
You have an experimentation mindset, the desire to try new things, putting them in front of kids to learn what works - you will be designing products from the kids' perspective!
You can work with an existing codebase, and you know how to work iteratively.

Everything is designed from their perspective. We celebrate the diversity and quirkiness of their world and give them the freedom to play in ways that only they can dream up.
In order to be able to create more world-class digital toys, we're looking to expand our team with an experienced Unity Developer for new features in the Toca Life series. You will work together with play designers, artists, and other developers creating experiences in Toca Life: World.
Good to know
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment.
As we're an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users in every country, you have to be fluent in English.
