Star Stable Entertainment was founded in 2011, sparked by a desire for a game that could make a difference. Although half of gamers are girls and women, they were under-represented in the gaming industry, both as characters and creators. The position
We are looking for a game content producer who will be responsible and the main driver for our character and creature domain. The Domain's focus includes the aesthetics and movement of our characters, horses and other creatures. You will work in a cross functional team consisting of 2D/3D artists, animators, designers, engineers, marketers and data analysts.
What we expect you to know
5 years of experience working as a Producer or a Product Owner in the games industry.
Hands-on experience handling all stages of the product life cycle for a live product/game that is cross platform, including its pipelines.
Good organisational skills.
Good facilitation skills.
Good understanding of how a game engine works.
Experience of defining and refining requirements and analysing data and understanding our users.
Fluent in English.
We don't expect you to know everything about horses but we do expect you to be interested to learn about them since horses are key to the game and today we have more than 100 variations, where each breed has its own unique animations and coats.
Responsibilities
Being responsible for the delivery team working with the character and creature creation for our new and existing players, studying player behaviour and analytics from different data sources. This involves working closely with the team, executive producer, directors, leads and other partners and stakeholders.
Support the team in understanding areas of challenge and opportunity through analysing data.
Continuously maintain a roadmap spanning 6-12 months ahead and adapting it around unexpected changes.
Drive tactics to achieve outcomes aligned with the vision and the overall strategy for the franchise and company.
Own delivery plans and risk management.
Act as a stakeholder towards our inhouse engine and tools team in order to improve tools and pipelines for the domain.
Being the team lead:
Ensure the day-to-day well functioning of the team and the health of the group.
Establish workflows and drive continuous improvement.
Together with the team, ensure and preserve product quality.
