Copywriter
Exhibitions & Marketing Communication Support
This position is located within the Branding & Marketing Communication department which is located within the Strategic Marketing organization of Gambro. The position is full time and based in Lund. The position reports to the Communication Manager.
The objective of the new Strategic Marketing organisation is to act as a highly integrated function with a primary focus on:
• Supporting Gambro Management in defining and securing the overall strategic agenda
• Collaborating with the sales regions to develop and implement the overall growth and brand strategy including leading major global launches
• Collaborating with R&D to value, prioritize and define the future core offerings
• Ensuring a consistent approach regarding positioning, communication and support argumentation for the offering across all segments and markets
To continue the profitable growth of Gambro's business we are looking for a Copywriter who will take on the lead of writing the creative copy for the Communication Material.
Responsibilities:
• The the Lead of writing the creative copy of Marketing Communication Material and ensuring a good effective dialogue between the Communication Team and the internal client.
• Provide the creative team with thorough briefs, enabling them to understand all relevant and essential points to get the material produced.
• Ensure buy-in from effected stakeholders (sales companies, product management, target groups and others)
• Ensure that all communication builds our corporate brand long-term by being closely tied to Gambro's Customer Value Proposition
• Work together with colleagues from Strategic Marketing as well as from the different sales regions to define the exhibition strategy, for each of the exhibitions under the Project leader's area of responsibility, needed to support the growth initiatives defined by the regions and the business lines.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge necessary to perform in this position is generally acquired through a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree with several years work experience, preferably within Marketing Communications in an International business-to-business environment.
• Knowledge and experience of strategic product launches and campaigns
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and preferably one other major language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese etc).
• A clear ability to lead cross-functional teams towards a commonly defined goal
• As a person you are driven, structured, outspoken, flexible and non-prestigious.
