Communication Manager
The newly created Strategic Marketing organization is a highly integrated and strategic function with a primary focus to act as catalyst for overall corporate strategic development and profitable growth. To continue the profitable growth of Gambro's In-center business we are looking for a new Communication Manager, who will take on the task of managing marketing communication for the In-center Care business line. The position is based in Lund.
Responsibilities:
• Work together with the In-center Care team and the different sales regions to define the marketing communication efforts needed to support the growth initiatives defined by the regions and the business line
• Plan, drive, follow up and otherwise manage all given communication projects
• Ensure buy-in from effected stakeholders
• Develop and implement a customer value proposition for each and every In-center Care offer to ensure that the offerings are viewed as premium solutions with unique capabilities and that all offerings are interlinked to the overall In-center Care offer
• Ensure that all communication builds our corporate brand long-term by being closely tied to Gambro's Customer Value Proposition
• Set clear KPI's to follow and measure return on marketing expenditures
• Plan, drive and follow up on Gambro's annual Customer Satisfaction survey
• Brief and work together with external communication agencies
• Track major competitor branding activities and marcom trends
This position is located within the Branding & Market Communication department of the Strategic Marketing organization. You report to the Director, Branding & Market Communications.
Qualifications:
We believe you have several years work experience within Marketing Communications in an international business-to-business environment. Knowledge and experience of strategic product launches and the marketing communication efforts needed to support such is crucial. Knowledge of Medical Device sales is an advantage. You also have a relevant Bachelor or Masters Degree and excellent skills in English are a must.
You have the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards a commonly defined goal. You are a business oriented and professional team player with the ability to lead and enthusiasm others. You are positive, ambitious, analytical and have a high drive.
