This position is located within the Branding & Market Communication department of the newly created Strategic Marketing organization (SMO) of Gambro. The SMO is a highly integrated and strategic function with a primary focus to act as catalyst for overall corporate strategic development and profitable growth.
To continue the profitable growth of Gambro's business we are looking for a new Art Director who will take on the task of developing marketing labeling materials (MLM).
Responsibilities:
• Work together with the team members in Exhibition & Marketing Communication Support, to develop needed MLM to support the growth initiatives defined by the regions and the business lines.
• Develop, together with the responsible project manager, creative concepts aligning campaigns.
• Based on a brief, be able to develop a cutting edge creative solution that provides a high reonance with the customers.
• Argue convincingly for any creative solution developed, in front of the internal client and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all communication builds our corporate brand long-term by being closely tied to Gambro's Customer Value Proposition.
• Become the internal expert in our visual identity and thus guide others on its use.
• Be part of the approval team for the creation of all MLM with the responsibility to approve/disapprove based on visual identity aspects.
The position is based in Lund and you report to the Communication Manager.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge necessary to perform in this position is generally acquired through a relevant education in any creative institute/school and/or with several years work experience, preferably within Marketing Communications in an International business-to-business environment.
• Knowledge and experience of strategic product launches and the exhibition communication efforts needed to support such is advantageous.
• Knowledge of communicating to medical professionals is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
