Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Taxes, Auditing is one of five central Group staff functions. We are responsible for the financial reporting of the Electrolux Group and the strategies and policies used to manage this in an efficient and responsible way. In total, we are some 139 people out of a total Group staff of 335.
FX- and Fixed income dealer
Corporate Finance & Markets is a team of 7 people within Group Treasury of AB Electrolux. The main objectives for the CF&M team are to support the strategy of Electrolux by well-balanced financial risk management, financial markets execution and managing the Groups balance sheet and funding. The team is responsible for all FX execution, the internal bank, funding, intercompany lending as well as supporting the different business sectors of the Group. Another key objective is to minimize the cost and balance sheet risk in respect to the Groups pension liability.
Position title: FX- and Fixed income dealer
Objectives:
We are searching for someone who would be challenged to work in a multi-national company and has the ability to interact in different kind of social and cultural contexts. The successful candidate should have a strong internal drive, motivation and have a good sense for acting in the financial market. The candidate should preferably have experience from treasury in a multinational company or from bank within execution of derivatives. The candidate should have a strong interest in the financial market and the macro environment. The candidate should also have a desire to grow within the company and acquire skills in areas outside trading.
Key operational responsibilities:
• Execute trading related activities such as FX & Internal bank, netting, loans/depos as well as advising to subsidiaries and macro analysis
• Work closely with business sectors and other staff functions to reduce risk and evaluate opportunities
Competencies needed:
• Experience from FX management such as hedging and netting
• Experience and good knowledge of derivative instruments
• Good knowledge of fundamental business concepts, industry & market trends
Soft Skills:
• Self-motivated team-player with positive attitude
• Strong analytical sense and mathematical skills
• Be open and willing to work in a broader context than the pre-defined scope
• Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships
Minimum requirements:
• Master's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2-5 years' experience from another corporate or trading in a bank
• Advanced Bloomberg and Excel Spreadsheet skills
• Fluency in English
