We are now looking for a Firmware Manager for Fixed Dome Cameras for our HQ in Lund.

What you'll do here as a FW Manager
In this role you will be part of a well-functioning team of dedicated people who like to go to work in the morning. You will lead a team both operational and strategic. You will support, coach and help your team to develop.
As a manager, we want you to strive to give each individual great personal responsibility and the opportunity to grow both as a person and professionally, while following up and supporting where needed.

You are a natural leader who leads by example and always strives to improve and evolve your leadership. You have great communication skills and combine the ability to listen and coach with being able to make decisions and find a good balance between these. You who apply are probably an educated engineer at civil or university level, but above all you have a great interest in product development. You enjoy collaborating with many different people and you like to discuss technology in all forms. You are good at seeing the bigger picture while having interest and sense for the technology and details.
