Would you like to start your career in good company? We are looking for a hungry, talented and highly motivated person, newly graduated in the field of Marketing and Communication to join our talent programme!
The Future Talent Programme - Leadership track is a two-year trainee programme, starting in September 2017. As a participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the programme, you will have the opportunity to both contribute to and influence the Tetra Pak development in a long perspective. You will be a part of a global leader at the absolute forefront of the food industry.
You will be part of the Marketing Communication department and have a permanent position from day one. You will follow a development plan specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job rotations into different organisations, international assignments; work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars. The programme will give you extensive insight to the company, our culture and values.
We are looking for newly graduates in the following areas:
• Strategic Communication
• Media & Communication International programme
• International Brand & Marketing Management
• MBA focusing marketing
Qualifications
To apply to the Future Talent Programme you have finished or are about to finish your Master's Degree in Marketing or Communication. You are a problem solver with strong personal drive, passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges. You are result and business oriented with a mature and professional personality, combined with the ability to create and utilize a broad network. A technical interest and analytical ability are important components to succeed. Furthermore, you are a true team player with exceptional communication skills.
Experience from studies or work abroad is considered a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
