Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 1 year connected to your specific position, area and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are looking for a Future Talents within Automation to join our PSE Projects, Engineering & Plant Automation organization that works with business improvement projects for our customers. You will join our team working with Plant Integration Support and become one of our automation experts supporting our organization.

As Future Talent Technical Support Leader Automation you will be focusing on proactive automation support, automation training and reactive automation issue resolution towards our market companies. You will help our users with support and training within our automation system Tetra Pak PlantMaster and you will also help to handle automation issue resolution coming through our tool QuTI-P. Your work includes various areas; from testing developed automation solutions, to updating training material for new automation product releases. You will become an expert of our automation system Tetra Pak PlantMaster and explain its technology for our end-usage. We hope that you develop into an important Automation Specialist for our organization.

Who you are

Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are technology driven, pedagogic and of course passionate about automation solutions.


Qualifications
• You have a minimum bachelor's degree within Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar education.
• You have finished your degree in 2019 or will finish education in spring 2020 (newly graduate).
• Programming in one or more languages: C# / HMI / Java / Java Script / PLC / SCADA is desired.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are flexible and willing to rotate internally.
