Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2023 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do
Could you envision yourself contributing to Tetra Pak strategy and success globally?
We offer you to be part of the Planning team of Packaging Solutions Additional Materials (PS AM: Packaging Solutions Additional Material). Our mission is to manage sourcing, production and supply of Closures, Straws and Strips, enabling the transformation to a more environmentally sustainable portfolio, by deploying the new tethered Caps and Paper Straw production lines.
AM organisation is currently supplying yearly approx. 45 billion caps, 20 billion straws and 20kton of strips produced in 20 Tetra Pak plants and in other 16 external plants and is delivering worldwide both to our converting factories and final customers.
As our new Future Talent - Development Engineer you will work within Packaging Solutions Additional Material area as well as Market Groups teams and your main area of responsibility will focus on:
Global planning of assigned Additional Material portfolio products participating to the Sales & Operations Planning process, interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Inventory Control and Optimization based on demand fluctuation and expected production
Regular follow-up of allocated volumes with external supplier providing quarterly analyses of the deviations
Standardize, maintain and implement global supply planning processes
Planning strategy and allocation review in case of Business Continuity Plan or tight supply situations
KPI deployment and actions, contributing to identify and attack losses along our supply chain, deploying the WCM methodology
Support order management flow
Contribute to the creation of a flawless integrated Supply Chain, from capacity planning to after-sales support by an effective collaboration with Integrated Supply Chain, Commercial Team and Planning Hubs
We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar (Graduated 2022-2023)
It is possible that you have experience working in Supply Chain or in Customer Service Area
You are fluent in English, written and spoken
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
