Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2023 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent - Product Owner within the Distribution Equipment Program team you will:
Be a part of the Program team, where we are responsible for the product lifecycle management of the Distribution Equipment product portfolio. You will be leading cross functional activities, with exciting variety i.e., developing new product features, improve product attributes or develop completely new products.
Your objective is to Maximize the customer and business value from the development work done by our Development Teams.
Your Capabilities are
To Identify and describe product backlog items that builds a shared understanding of the mission with the product development team(s).
Make decisions regarding the priority of product backlog items to deliver maximum outcome.
Determine whether a product backlog item was satisfactorily delivered.
This role requires strong networking skills both within and outside D&T, building external partnerships and customer interactions. In this role there will be many opportunities for personal growth and career development.
We believe you have
You have a master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar (Graduated 2022-2023)
It is possible that you have experience working in the food industry or in food and grocery retail.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
