Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for
2 years connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

This position is located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do:
As our new Package Engineer trainee, you will become a part of our Package Analysis organization who works with developing and performing tests related to the verification and validation of existing and new Tetra Pak packages.
In this role you will:
• Become a Packaging Analysis reference expert towards internal stakeholders, driving and supporting proper validation and verification activities
• Address, coordinate and perform the best analytical protocols to highlight relevant elements of the subject under examination. This is done through being well versed in the understanding of how packages are developed and produced
Contribute to the development of design verification test procedures as well as maintaining current releases at a high level of efficiency and quality
Perform required tests and write final reports, highlighting pros and cons of various areas of packaging development
Be the interface between stakeholders and internal customers, both before, during and after test execution as well as the different development phases
Document and maintain records of products tested for consultation and benchmarks
Coordinate and plan analytical tests within the Package Analysis team
• Be a trainer for new technicians within your area of expertise

• You have (or will have) a completed Master's Degree in the area of Chemical Engineering/Physics/Material Engineering or an equivalent education (finished no later than 2020-2021)
o You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
o Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
o Work life experience while studying is also meritorious
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• You preferably have your specialization or experience in areas such as:
o Data Analysis
o Statistical Evaluations
o Utilizing new and complex software
o Experience from IT-systems
