Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2022 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do
You will become part of the Tetra Pak's Next Generation Maintenance Management team that is responsible for the team of Maintenance Analytics.
As our Maintenance Analytics Associate, you will work with:
Development of ML, AI and analytical models and solutions to fulfil our current business needs and strategic objectives
Support in development of decision support models and analytical solutions for service operations using maintenance, reliability, parts supply, and other operational data sets
Contribute to the development of roadmaps for data analytics for the future business needs and strategy
Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, KPIs and measures to monitor business trends and identify gaps in data quality
Identify potential improvement for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) based on analyzed data to maximize use of digitalization and technology
Support/organize/participate in workshops with data scientists, analysts, and specialists from interdisciplinary domains
Who you are

On the other hand, you are also analytical and organized which makes it easy for you to create structure and keep track on parallel things. You enjoy working in an international environment and you have a business-oriented way of thinking.
You have (or will have) a completed Master's degree in either Computer Science, ML and AI, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Industrial Engineering OR Reliability Engineering (finished between 2021-2022)
It is possible that you have experience or knowledge in one of the areas among professional BI Solutions, advanced ML and AI architectures, reliability, and big data analytics
You are fluent in English, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
