Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 2 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

As Learning Specialist you will join the Training Lifecycle team, part of Services Maintenance & Training organization, working with capability development for our field force and customers. You will belong to a highly motivated team of learning experts where you will drive continuous improvement of our learning content, methods and tools. The team is focused on improving our field force and customer performance by providing world class competence development solution. You will contribute by defining and developing key learning methods and tools so that we can provide people with the right knowledge at the right time to ensure they optimize their performance. You will scout and benchmark best practices in the industry and work to ensure qualitative and cost-efficient learning solutions for people working with technical maintenance and service for our products and equipment. Our ultimate aim is that you develop into an important learning leader for Tetra Pak.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, curiosity and strong drive for results. You are open, eager to develop and learn new things. You enjoy problem solving and have the ability to engage others with your ideas. Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about Learning, Training and Development methods.
Qualifications
• You have/will have a completed Master's degree within Science-Engineering OR Learning/Development Science finished in 2019-2020 (newly graduate). You want to work with Learning and Development.
• You possibly have maximum of one year relevant experience within Learning, Training or Development.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
