Our Future Talent Programme is a one or two-year programme that will develop your leadership and your engineering skills in a truly international environment.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member and hold a permanent position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and experience a network of colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.
About
We are now hiring talents into the Leadership version of the Future Talent Programme:
• A 2 year programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment.
Qualifications
• Master degree within any of below:
Material Science
Chemical Engineering
Engineering Physics
• You are curious and eager to learn new things
• You are a fast thinker with structured problem solving skills
• You enjoy working both theoretically and practically
• You required to be good at communicating and collaborating with people of different cultures
• You must be able to work and communicate in English
• Special knowledge (experience or studies) within paperboard is considered as a merit
The Programme starts in September 2018. The position is based in Lund, Sweden but includes local and international job rotations.
