Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 12 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent - IT Support Analyst you will:
As a member of our Service Desk team you will acquire broad troubleshooting skills in many different areas like Microsoft OS and Office apps, PC Hardware and Software, SAP, Network and VPN, Mobile phones and Virtual desktops.
You will provide remote support to the Tetra Pak user community through Phone, Chat and our ITSM tool ServiceNow.
Work in a global team located in four different time zones.
After the first 12 months you will be an experienced support analyst that can handle most issues that come in to the Global Service Desk.
We believe you have
You have a Degree in Computer Technology (Graduated 2023-2024)
It is possible that you have experience working with First Line support or On Site Support
You are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Italian or Spanish language skills are considered meritorious.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken.
Ability to read, understand and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious.
To be successful in this position you need to be a team player with a natural talent in working with different stakeholders in a global, multicultural environment with good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences. You are service minded, flexible, and passionate about troubleshooting and solving problems in a structured, investigational, and organized way. Finally, you are passionate about learning new things and finalizing the tasks at hand to enable good control.
