Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for
2 years connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world!

This position is located in Lund.
What you will do:
You will become a part of the Development & Engineering Materials & Package organization that works with packaging material development within our projects. The role offers a combination of theoretical and practical work and examples of tasks are:
• Drive the development of packaging material in early development as well as in product development activities close to our customers
• Be part of a cross-functional Scrum team and work closely with labs, converting factories and specialists to develop new packaging material solutions
• You will build knowledge, solve problems and verify solutions within the packaging material area
• Coach, inspire and share technical knowledge with your colleagues

• You have (or will have) a completed Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering Physics (finished no later than 2020-2021).
• We appreciate applicants with special knowledge (experience or studies) within paperboard or polymers.
• You possibly have experience or knowledge in material development in projects and material analysis.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken
• You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
• Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
