Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for
2 years connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world!

This position is located in Lund.
What you will do:
As Data Scientist, you will support in getting the most value out of our data to improve our decision-making and help guide us in the new digital world.
You will become part of Delivery Capability Development that consists of three different teams:
• OFSP Business Process Team: Responsible for global business processes including measures, continuous improvements and master data framework
• Systems & Data: Responsible for methods and tools linked to apps, planning, and learning management (customer and internal)Also responsible for operational analysis, reporting and analytics related to service delivery
• Learning Management and Engagement: Securing availability for an effective learning & certification portfolio and the required engagement models for service delivery resources. Also securing the right learning methods, design and quality is used to secure an effective learning & certification portfolio.
Your work will cover all these parts, mainly looking into data analysis where you will combine data sources, visualize the data, analyze the data and support and guide the decision making to help our organization to become more productive, dynamic and capable.

• You have (or will have) a completed Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Physics or Informatic with focus data analytics. (finished no later than 2020-2021)
• You possibly have experience or knowledge in Microsoft Power BI and SAP HANA Views
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken
• You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
• Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
