Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2022 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do
As Data Engineer you will become part of the Cloud Analytics Platform Team within our Global Information Management Organization. The team creates capabilities around Digital Solutions and Advanced Analytics, an exciting new area for the Tetra Pak business where the first products and services already have reached our customers. The platform is hosting Tetra Pak's Enterprise Data Lake where IoT data from equipment at customer plants around the world is collected and supplemented with Tetra Pak's internal data sources. Analytics Use Cases, often in collaboration with Data Science, are capitalizing on Big Data to enable new insights and solutions to be exposed for customers, internal users, and applications.
Our Future Talent will join our team as a data engineer, actively working in delivering the Analytics Use Cases. As part of the team, you will collaborate with fellow data engineers as well as DevOps & Infrastructure engineers, data scientists and business product owners in an agile context. We see that you will become an ambassador for the Cloud Analytics Platform and help us explore new opportunities as part of the job rotations.
Who you are

Furthermore, you are technically interested, innovative and of course passionate about the area of big data, cloud, digitalization, and advanced analytics.
You have a Master's degree within either Informatics or Computer Science, or equivalent. You have finished your degree in 2021 or will finish during spring 2022 (newly graduated).
You have a high technical interest and you have at least basic knowledge of Databases, Cloud Technology and Python coding.
This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment
