Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager based in Sweden.
What you will do
You will become part of Tetra Pak's Customer Service Operations team (CSO) that is responsible for the delivery of technical products and support to our customers by providing corrective and preventative maintenance as well as troubleshooting services. The position will be home based and will be part of a larger international team. We deliver service throughout southern Sweden, but also support our Nordic and Northern European neighbours when needed. The work is carried out at our customers' facilities and the position requires 60-70% travel, time away from home depends on your personal location relative to our customers.
As our new Future Talent Programme - CSO Trainee, you will:
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Handle their technical support queries, and follow-up on their concerns and/or problems.
Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure equipment reliability.
Carry out the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
Manage documentation related to activities according to established protocols.

We believe you have
You have a technical education (Finished in 2023-2024)
It is possible that you have experience working in a technical environment, and an attitude for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment
You possess good English skills, both verbally and in writing. Swedish fluency is a plus to best cooperate with our customers.
Proficient in using MS Office tools
Understanding of automation programming is considered advantageous
(PLC's, RS Studio 5000, RS Linx, RS Networks)
You are willing to travel 60-70% of your working time
You have a B Driving license
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
