Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

The position is organized under Automation & Digital within Development & Technology where we are developing know-how, products, technologies and solutions to sustainably fuel our company's growth in line with the strategy of Tetra Pak.
D&T leads the execution of development activities by applying know-how and technical management. D&T also lead the development of breakthrough innovations for all of Tetra Pak.
You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent - Automation Engineer you will:
Be part of a highly motivated and skilled development team.
Continue to develop your skills in all necessary areas concerning mechatronic solutions with a clear focus on control systems and all related aspects such as process control, machine vision, software simulation and much more.
Apply your knowledge and area of expertise in the mechatronic development of packaging equipment.
Develop your troubleshooting skills and apply them to solve complex technical challenges in our packaging equipment.
We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Electrical, Computer or Mechatronic Engineering or similar (Graduated 2023-2024)
It is possible that you have experience working with different software environments and industry applications of any kind. Experience in the food and beverage sector or similar is seen as a plus.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritious
