Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund Sweden, but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent -Associate Product Specialist you will have a high impact on effectively supporting the business. You will become a specialist in the product portfolio, working globally and cross-functionally with teams within Supplier Management, Technical Product Management, Master Data Management, e-Commerce, and Business Processes to support and enable the business to grow and meet our objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Partner with other functions to support product management needs.
Translate market needs into technical portfolio requirements.
Verify technical data in commercial material.
Analyse large datasets to drive productivity and find opportunities.
Technical understanding of the portfolio.
Ensure fit-for-purpose product information and material for effective sales.
Enable increased share of e-Commerce business.
Become well-versed with existing and future data management systems and processes.
We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on food technology, or similar (Graduated 2023-2024).
Some knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB) and database languages (e.g. SQL) to manipulate data sets.
Experience in SAP, Master Data Management and Power BI is valued.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken.
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious.
