Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for
2 years connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world!

This position is located in Lund.

What you will do:
You will become part of our Services Solutions Portfolio team that works with developing, deploying and managing our portfolio of Service Solutions, Automation & Digital Services and Expert Services to our customers. You will work across our global organisation with various functions from our development organisation to our colleagues in the markets facing our customers.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic with a solid business mindset, strong personal drive and interest in product management. We hope that you develop into someone who can drive tangible business results, put portfolio strategy into actions and ability to inspire and create engagement across various functions.
Your work will cover various parts, mainly looking into these areas:
• Portfolio Support/ PLC: Support product management activities during product lifecycle of the service solutions portfolio, eg. Pricing, business models, roadmaps, business planning process etc.
• Business insights: Monitor and analyse relevant market and customer information (penetration, share, competition) to enable portfolio strategic decisions
• Portfolio development: Drive product management activities in portfolio development projects, such as building business cases, set key requirements, define the market readiness and go to market strategies
• Customer voice/requirements: Collaborate with our regional and market offices to secure a good customer understanding and how to translate the customer voice into the service solutions value proposition

• You have (or will have) a completed Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or similar (finished no later than 2020-2021)
• You possibly have experience or knowledge in Process, Business or Production Optimisation
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken
• You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
• Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
