Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2022 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do
As an Associate Product Manager, you will have a high impact on how effectively support the business. You will become a specialist in the product portfolio and be the go-to-person for the products' digital life. In this role, you will analyse customer needs and develop corresponding solutions. You will work globally and cross-functionally with teams within Supplier Management, Technical Product Management, Master Data Management, e-Commerce, and Business Processes.
Main responsibilities:
Partner with other functions to drive product management needs
Translate market needs into technical portfolio requirements
Ensure technical data in commercial material
Analyse large datasets to drive productivity and find opportunities
Technical understanding of the portfolio
Ensure fit-for-purpose product information for effective sales
Enable increased share of e-Commerce business
Become well-versed with existing and future data management systems and processes for the portfolio's products
Who you are
As our new Associate Product Manager, we believe that you have a strong business acumen and ability to translate customer needs to technical product requirements. You can demonstrate aptitude for analytics: capable of conducting complex analyses to support key business decisions. This position requires skills to clearly communicate complex ideas and solutions effectively. You are a person that is self-driven with an ability to lead projects forward and deal with ambiguity and continuous change, as well as work collaboratively in a team setting and with people at all levels in the organization. To be our next Future Talent you have an innovative and proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn.
You have:
University degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on food technology, or similar. (Degree finished between 2021-2022)
Some Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB) and database languages (e.g., SQL) to manipulate data sets
Experience in SAP and Master Data Management is valued
Extracurricular activities or work experience is considered a merit
English is fluent, both oral and written
